Sowetan: Justice Motata will not be fired

The Sowetan is carrying a story quoting Prof Shadrach Gutto as saying even if convicted Justice Motata will not lose his job. This is probably true but the Judge President can - if he wants to - place considerable pressure on the judge to resign.
